We have full RV hookups including water, sewer and electricity for $50.00 plus tax per night. We have semi-full hook-ups (water, electricity) available for $45.00 plus tax per night. We also have electrical hookups for $40.00 plus tax per night. Tent camping/dry hook-ups are available with reservations for $30.00 plus tax per night, as well.

We have 10 cabins available to rent:

  • The Bridal Cabin:  Sleeps 6 comfortably - 1 queen bed, 2 sets of twin bed bunk beds. This cabin also has a full bathroom, mini fridge, microwave & coffee pot.

  • Cabin #1:  Sleeps 5 comfortably - 2 bunk beds: The 1st bunk bed has a double mattress on the bottom & a twin mattress on top.  The 2nd bunk bed has 2 twin mattresses.

  • Cabin #2: Sleeps 5 comfortably - 1 bunk bed, a double mattress on the bottom & a twin mattress on top. Futon that folds out into a double bed.

  • Cabin #3: Sleeps 4 comfortably - 1 bunk bed, a double mattress on the bottom & a twin mattress on top. 1 twin bed.

  • Cabin #4: Sleeps 5 comfortably - 2 bunk beds, the 1st bunk bed has a double mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top.  The 2nd bunk bed has 2 twin mattresses.

  • Cabin #5: Sleeps 3 comfortably - 1 bunk bed, a double mattress on the bottom & a twin mattress on top.

  • Cabin #6: Sleeps 3 comfortably - 1 bunk bed, a double mattress on the bottom & a twin mattress on top.

  • Cabin #7: Sleeps 3 comfortably - 1 bunk bed, a double mattress on the bottom & a twin mattress on top.

  • Cabin #8: Sleeps 3 comfortably - 1 bunk bed, a double mattress on the bottom & a twin mattress on top.

  • Honeymoon Cabin: Sleeps 2 comfortably- 1 queen bed with bedding. 1 full bathroom with towels.

We charge $80.00 plus tax per cabins 5-8 per night and there is minimal bedding (fitted sheet, blanket and pillow). Please bring your own towels and any additional bedding. We charge $100.00 plus tax per cabins 1-4 per night and there is minimal bedding (fitted sheet, blanket and pillow). Please bring your own towels and any additional bedding. Cabins 1-3 also have a mini refrigerator for your convenience. Our cabins are 1 room sleeping cabins with heat/ac and they are very clean and cozy.  There are bathrooms, showers, washers and dryers just a few steps away. 

The Bridal Cabin is $150.00 plus tax per night and has air conditioning/heat, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and full bathroom. There is minimal bedding (fitted sheet, blanket and pillow). Please bring any additional bedding.

The Honeymoon Cabin is $125.00 plus tax per night and has air conditioning/heat, mini refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee machine and full bathroom. There is minimal bedding (fitted sheet, blanket and pillow). Please bring any additional bedding.

We have a beautiful Farmhouse available to rent for $450.00 per night plus tax. We think our Farmhouse is the perfect place for the bride and her party to get ready for the big day! This farmhouse was built in 1882 and has so many charming features, including:

  • Full kitchen.

  • Two entryways with plenty of windows.

  • Large dining room.

  • Two living rooms;

    • Main living room has Direct TV.

  • 2 bathrooms.

  • Main floor laundry.

  • Four bedrooms; There is minimal bedding (fitted sheet, blanket and pillow). Please bring any additional bedding.

    • Main floor room 1: double bed

    • Main floor room 2: queen bed & twin bed

    • Upstairs room 1: queen bed, 1 double bed & twin bed

    • Upstairs room 2: double bed & twin bed

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.

Sturgis Rally Reservations

For reservations during the Sturgis Rally:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email before June 1 of the reservation year.

  • Approved cancellations made before June 1 will receive an 80% refund, less the $25 cancellation fee.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 1.

Payment Policy

  • Reservations are paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Please refer to the Cancellation Policy regarding refunds.

Campground Policies

Pets

  • Pets are not permitted inside the Farmhouse.

  • Pets are welcome elsewhere on the property but must:

    • Remain on a leash whenever outside your vehicle, RV, tent, or cabin.

    • Be cleaned up after at all times.

    • Be supervised by their owners, who are responsible for their pets' behavior.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In: Beginning at 12:00 PM

  • Check-Out: 10:00 AM

  • No refunds will be issued for early departures.

Cabin Keys

  • Keys will be placed inside your cabin prior to arrival.

  • Please leave all keys inside the cabin upon departure.

  • A $10 replacement fee will be charged for any lost key.

Trash Disposal

  • Trash receptacles are located on the basement patio of the Reception Barn.

Guest Acknowledgement

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with all campground rules, regulations, and policies posted throughout the property and provided at the time of registration.

Cabins 1 & 2

Located across from the historic white farmhouse.

Directions:

  • Follow the main road.

  • Turn left at the old white farmhouse.

  • Take the next left after the back-to-back cabins.

  • Park beside Cabin 4, then walk to your cabin.

Cabins 3 & 4

Located across from the historic white farmhouse.

Directions:

  • Follow the main road.

  • Turn left at the old white farmhouse.

  • Take the next left after the back-to-back cabins.

  • Park directly in front of your cabin.

Cabins 5–8

Located behind the Reception Barn.

Directions:

  • Follow the main road along the left side of the Reception Barn.

  • Park directly in front of your cabin.

Honeymoon Cabin

Included with your wedding package and located near the railway tracks.

Directions:

  • Continue past the Reception Barn.

  • Turn right after the four small cabins.

  • Park behind the cabin.

Bridal Cabin

Located between the Reception Barn and the river.

Directions:

  • Follow the road along the left side of the Reception Barn.

  • Park beside the covered porch or in the designated parking pasture.

Farmhouse

You are welcome to unload luggage and supplies at the Farmhouse upon arrival.

After unloading, please move your vehicle to the parking pasture below the barn. Keeping the driveway clear allows campground traffic to flow smoothly and helps prevent congestion around the venue.
